Caroline is a clinical assistant at Lakeside Performance & Recovery and is currently pursuing licensure in massage therapy to further her training in Adhesion Release Methods. With a background as a lifelong athlete and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Caroline brings a strong appreciation for biomechanics, movement quality, and how the body adapts through injury and recovery.

Caroline’s path to Lakeside is a personal one—she first came to the clinic as a patient five years after a paragliding accident in 2020, when chronic pain began to surface and she wanted to address it proactively. While she had long been interested in the body’s ability to heal and self-regulate, her experience at Lakeside reinforced the importance of thoughtful, ongoing care that supports the body well beyond the initial injury. This perspective ultimately led her to shift careers and pursue hands-on work rooted in movement, health, and long-term recovery.

Outside of the clinic, movement is a central part of Caroline’s daily life. She enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors—activities that continually reinforce her commitment to keeping the body strong, adaptable, and well cared for.
