Dr. Brandon Fromm, DC

My professional journey began in aerospace engineering and manufacturing, driven by a passion for understanding and improving how things work. However, a pivotal piece of advice from a colleague who was about to retire change my direction. I asked him what advice he would give himself if he were in my shoes today. "Do what you love, and the money will come". In other words, focus on something you are passionate about because money is not what gives you fulfillment. This led me to Central Washington University where I transitioned to studying the human body, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiology. Soon after that I earned my doctorates in Chiropractic Medicine and then moved back to Chelan, Washington to begin practicing and starting a family.

I’ve had the privilege of helping a large number of patients suffering with chronic pain improve the quality of their lives through chiropractic care. However, as my expectations typically exceed those of my patients, I was frustrated that my skillset was failing some of my chronic pain patients. I began learning, studying and mastering the skill of treating neuromuscular adhesion with my hands and quickly found that even many problems I had been treating with joint manipulations actually responded far better to more precise and deliberate treatments that address and eliminate nerve adhesions. Today, I specialize in treating patients between the ages of 20-65 with difficult to treat chronic pain or nagging discomforts that have lasted three months or more, and have failed to respond to traditional chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage, or other therapies. I have dedicated my career to identifying and treating these adhesions, focusing on the intricate relationships within the nervous system to restore and enhance the quality of life for my patients.

Family is at the core of everything I do. I share my life with my wonderful wife Izzy, our energetic son Damon, and our two loyal dogs, Redd and Nova. Izzy is my rock, supporting our family and sharing in our adventures, big and small. Damon brings endless joy and curiosity into our lives, constantly reminding us of the wonder and excitement of seeing the world through his eyes. Redd and Nova add a layer of fun and unconditional love to our family dynamic.

When I’m not at the clinic or spending time with my family, I indulge in a variety of hobbies that keep my hands busy and my mind sharp. I have a passion for building things—whether it’s a new piece of furniture for our home or a fun project with Damon. I also enjoy diving into the depths of psychology, exploring how the mind works and applying these insights to both my professional and personal life.
