What we do best

Manual adjusting including spinal adjusting and extremity adjusting are done as-needed, depending on the patient - we choose the approach that best suits each patient's condition.

Laser Therapy

LightForce® laser therapy is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment designed to reduce pain and inflammation without the need for drugs or surgery. This therapy is effective for both acute and chronic conditions, promoting healing and improving circulation. Sessions last 5 to 10 minutes and involve direct contact with the skin, with patients typically feeling a soothing warmth. Depending on the condition, your treatment may include a laser massage, allowing deeper tissue penetration. Many patients experience relief after just 3 to 5 sessions. This therapy is also widely used by professional athletes to speed up recovery and reduce muscle soreness. Conditions treated include TMJ, neck and shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and sports injuries.

Adhesion Release

Neuromuscular adhesions are the most common cause of chronic musculoskeletal pain yet they are so commonly misdiagnosed or ignored and instead masked with medications or treatments that only offer temporary relief. Adhesions are bands of scar tissue that develop within muscles, around nerves, or surrounding tissues due to injury, overuse, or inflammation. These adhesions restrict normal movement, causing pain, stiffness, and decreased function, resulting in diseased tissues that cannot handle what they used to. If adjustments are “not holding” or you "keep going out", you do not have an alignment problem...your issue is in the tissue. Our providers have spent thousands of hours pursuing expert level training to equip us to properly identify, diagnose and treat neuromuscular adhesions quickly, effectively, and permanently. Using our hands we identify and eliminate these adhesions by precisely combining the correct tension with the right movements to tear them apart and achieve rapid lasting results that allow our patients to get back to doing what they love.

One of the most common conditions we see as the result of adhesions is sciatica. If you have had sciatic pain for more than 6 months, you’ve tried several different treatments or providers (e.g. massage therapists, chiropractors, medical doctors, physical therapists, etc.), and you’re not experiencing the relief you’re looking for, then you likely have an adhesion issue.

Is Adhesion Release right for you?

If you answer yes to 4 or more of these questions, then you need Adhesion Release Methods (ARM) treatments.

  1. Are you between the ages of 25-60?

  2. Have you had your pain for more than 6 months?

  3. Have you already tried several other providers or treatments without success?

  4. Does your pain INCREASE or DECREASE with certain movements, postures, or positions?

  5. Are you willing to go through manageable pain in order to get better?

  6. Are you looking for permanent relief?

If you answered yes to most of these questions and would like to see if you qualify for ARM treatments fill out or intake forms…and one of our patient advocates will call you to collect any other relevant information and set up a consultation.
